Trattoria Zooma focuses on solid Italian traditions. Manger Armando Bisceglia was born in Naples, Italy and lived there until he was nine years old. 

True to today, he is a regular visitor to Italy and is constantly bringing back new ways to highlight a traditional southern Italian dining experience. 

The brick pizza oven featured at Zooma was built by hand by Dr. Cardi, the owner of Zoom,a and has become an essential part of the dining experience.

Armando explained on GoLocal LIVE about the finer details of how all the pasta and pastries are handmade at the restaurant.

We were treated to a tasting of wine that may only be found at Zooma.

The Nero Ameta a 100% Aglianico from Campania, Italy is a homage to true Italian traditions and something that must be experienced.
