RI Red Cross Volunteer Talks About Experience in Houston

Rhode Island resident and college student Christian Delacruz appeared on GoLocal LIVE following his two-weeks of volunteering for the American Red Cross in Texas, following Hurricane Harvey.
Delacruz shared his perspective as to what it's like to be on the ground volunteering, and what people who might be considering signing up to help out in flood and hurricane-ravaged areas should think about when making that decision.
