Owners Alexandra Griffin and Kelly Andreoni talk about the growth of their local business, Pudding Riot, with GoLocalProv’s Laura Afonso. With Andreoni’s beloved pudding recipe and Griffin’s management experience, the two launched themselves into business. 

“Our puddings are made from scratch with no preservatives, using wholesome ingredients that we would want to feed our own families.” says Andreoni.

Being a small start up company allows Griffin and Andreoni to be mobile, popping up for events, farmers markets, and parties throughout the winter.

“We do frozen pudding pops that are dipped in chocolate which we carry year round, and we are going to be releasing bread pudding this winter.” 

Toppings like fresh whipped cream and sugar cookies are also homemade. Along with them they brought their Santa’s Cookies and Milk pudding, which makes it’s debut next week.

For Christmas, Griffin and Andreoni will be hard at work putting together their pie kits. 

“We provide a beautifully packaged crust that we make, along with a pint of pudding, a pint of whipped cream along with some toppings. It is easy to easy to assemble, and fun to put together with kids on a holiday."
