Providence City Council Ward 3 candidate Dan Chaiki spoke with GoLocal about growing up in the district, how he feels he is uniquely qualified for the seat as a lawyer due to having experience with "tough negotiations" -- and how while the city's budget for FY18 appears manageable, that FY19 is a whole other story.
