President Clinton Had Same Approval Ratings as Trump at This Point, Reminds Faucheux

Dr. Ron Faucheux, nonpartisan pollster, political analyst and publisher of LunchtimePolitics.com, spoke to what he sees as the growing interest in polls by the public - and reminded viewers that President William "Bill" Clinton's approval ratings his first year in office - in June 1993 - were in the high 30s, where President Donald Trump's currently stand.
"I hear from folks who never followed politics daily before, and now they are," Faucheux to GoLocal's Kate Nagle on Wednesday. "Following polls on a daily basis, you get a good sense of where things are moving - social, economic, business, foreign affairs - it gives a sense of what's possible, where the trends are going."
