“Judge the Candidate, Not the Party” - Providence Ward 3 GOP Contender Lallier on LIVE

Republican candidate for Ward 3 on the Providence City Council spoke to running in the district as a "center-right" Republican, his thoughts on Trump, and how he says he would want to "work across the aisle" with Democrats and Progressives if elected.
This is the first time David Lallier Jr., Providence Ward 3 Candidate is running.
The seat was vacated by when Kevin Jackson was recalled.
