Save the Bay’s Stone on Need for Clarification on Governor’s Appointments, on LIVE

Save the Bay Executive Director Jonathan Stone appeared on GoLocal LIVE where he spoke to the need for clarification on the number of members that Governor Raimondo has the power to appoint to the Coastal Resources Management Council.
On Friday, Save the Bay filed a complaint in Superior Court asking for a declaratory judgment. (Read more HERE).
Stone spoke to issues of importance facing the CRMC, including clarifying who from coastal areas should be considered for serving on the CRMC — and what the qualifications should be.
