Dennis Calls Elorza “Missing” From Providence on GoLocal LIVE
Wednesday, October 04, 2017
Providence Mayoral candidate Kobi Dennis appeared on GoLocal LIVE, where he talked about a number of issues ahead of the 2018 election, from crime, to schools, to parking meters, and more - including what he perceives as the lack of involvement of current Mayor Jorge Elorza in the community.
"He had a great vantage point to come in and do amazing things, he promised the world, he had me believe in him. I was supportive, he had the community believe," said Dennis. "And when he got in, [he] forgot what the mission was."
"Everything is lacking," Dennis told GoLocal's Josh Fenton, of the Elorza Administration. "As I've said...I'd panhandle before I send my kids to a middle school here. It's that bad."
