Thursday, January 17, 2019
Nicole Tracz, owner of Black Tie Cookies talks with GoLocalProv’s Laura Afonso about her award-winning specialty cookies. Located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Black Tie cookies bake thick, soft chewy cookies with all sorts of flavors and fillings.
“We make overstuffed for-ounce cookies. It is a family owned and operated business, I love that I get to be around them all of the time,” says Tracz.
Tracz brought along with her the plaque from winning the local cookie contest held by RI Food Fights, the Cookie Smackdown, where she has taken home a win for three years in a row.

We have a s’mores cookie with marshmallows, and we hand chop the chocolate so its big chunks not just small chips."
Tracz says her cookies can be shipped just about anywhere, making them the perfect gift. For Valentine’s day, she prefers cookies over roses, “Cookie pops can come in a long stem box, so people might think they are getting flowers, but you’re getting cookies. This is all year round. Custom gifts for weddings, baby showers and more."
So whether it is a dozen long stem chocolate chips or snickerdoodles, Black Tie Cookies make for a great gift.
All year round, Black Tie Cookies can ship to all fifty states as well as local deliveries. Visit www.blacktiecookies.com to view all of their flavors and arrangements.
