There she is: URI student Taylor Kinzler takes the crown as Miss Massachusetts, extending the RI pageant streak began by Olivia Culpo last month.

Keeping up Rhode Island's pageant streak set by Olivia Culpo last month, URI student Taylor Kinzler took home the 2012 Miss Massachusetts crown at The Hanover Theatre in Worcester, MA, Saturday night, and will represent the Commonwealth in next year's Miss America Pageant.

Kinzler, an aspiring broadcast journalist, entered the pageant as Miss Norfolk County. She ran on a platform of promoting volunteerism, and impressed during the talent portion with an acrobatic dance routine.

First runner-up went to Amanda Narciso, who entered the pageant as Miss Fall River. Just behind Narciso were second runner-up Brianna Bostic of Plymouth County, third runner-up Marlena Johnson of New Bedford and fourth runner-up Nicole DiBlasi of Taunton.
