Arc Iris is a local band with an growing international reputation. GoLocalProv chose the band as one of "15 to Watch in 2015" earlier this year. Featuring a sound that is part folk, part "baroque pop," a dash of “prog rock," and a feel of bohemia circa Berlin 1930 - clearly, you have to hear them to understand. Led by the magical and mystical former Low Anthem-ite Jocie Adams, the band is finishing a month long residency at Aurora in downtown Providence this Friday. Dubbed the Zoetical Festival, their April 17th show was dedicated to the David Bowie album Hunky Dory, which they played in full, with a little help from their friends. Step inside our slide show for a trip into the Arc Iris universe.
