Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island (HHCRI) and the Rhode Island International Sailing Association will host the 2013 Hospice Regatta on the waters of the Narragansett Bay this coming Saturday, September 14. The event includes a sailing competition around Prudence, Patience and Hog Islands, followed by dinner and dancing. All proceeds from the event support HHCRI’s Patient Free-Care Fund.

“We are thrilled to once again host such a unique event alongside the Rhode Island International Sailing Association,” said Charles P. Iacono, Vice President of Philanthropy with HHCRI. “Not only is the event a fun way for the community to show off their sailing skills, but it is also terrific way for us bring more awareness and resources to help expand our hospice and palliative care across the region.”
