Rockettes Spread Holiday Cheer at Bradley Hospital
Friday, November 12, 2010
Taking a momentary hiatus from their Radio City Christmas Spectacular (which we previewed here), the world-famous Radio City Music Hall Rockettes paid a visit to Bradley Hospital to lift patients’ spirits with some of their signature dance moves, including their eye-popping sky-high kicks.
Spreading their own unique brand of holiday spirit, the Rockettes arrived clad in green velvet costumes embellished with crystals in snowflake patterns topped off with a festive Santa Claus hat. After their performance, the ladies talked about what it is like to be a Rockette, and showed patients a few moves and tricks of the trade.
The Rockettes are currently performing in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at the Providence Performing Arts Center through November 28.
