RI Special Olympics’ 17th Annual Christmas Online Auction

The 2012 Special Olympics Christmas Auction is on-line and open for bidding at www.soriauction.com, featuring fantastic sports packages as well as travel packages, gorgeous jewelry, and a wonderful collection of home and lifestyle pacakges. This is an incredible opportunity to raise funds for the over 2,800 athletes served year-round by Special Olympics of Rhode Island as well as bid on some one-of-a-kind gifts for yourself or loved ones.

How to bid

The Auction site will be open 24 hours a day through Friday, December 14, 2012 at 5pm. Jump online to browse and bid, but bidding will close promptly at 5pm on the 14th.

One exception to that closing rule: Tickets for the December 15th URI/SMU Game (#56) and Four Putnam Club Level tickets for the December 16th New England Patriots Game (#117) will close on Thursday, December 13th at 5pm.

Are you the winner?

If you are the lucky high bidder on an item, you will be notified via an email message and will be asked to call the Special Olympics Rhode Island office (401-349-4900) to arrange payment and to pick up your item. Please be sure to include both your email and phone number for each bid.

A technical note: Recommended browsers to view the auction site are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. (There are opening issues on certain versions of Internet Explorer.)
