Does this surprise anyone? The worst offenders are full-size pickup trucks and large SUVs. Tailgaiting and weaving in and out of lanes. Rhode Island is the worst in many areas and driving is no exception. Land of the Dumb.

This study is obviously flawed. Anyone who lives/drives in Boston would argue that there is no way Boston drivers are in the top 5. Come on.

Are we talking licensed drivers or those who ignore all our laws including getting a driver's license and car registation?
