Kathleen Last, a Smithfield woman in her 50s, has claimed the $60 million Powerball prize, according to the RI Lottery.

But the newest RI millionaire declined to show her face at this afternoon's announcement, sending her lawyer instead.

Ms. Last, who is taking the cash version of her prize, will receive $25,575,046. Her employment was kept private, as were her plans for the future. The Ohana Trust will be set up for the proceeds of the funds, which will also help support a disabled niece of Ms. Last. The Hawaiian monicker stems from a family vacation that was in Hawaii, according to Ms. Last's attorney.
