Leno to Headline PPAC Annual Gala this Weekend
Tuesday, March 17, 2015
The Providence Performing Arts Center’s Annual Gala will take place on March 21 at 7:30PM. Jay Leno provides the headline entertainment, followed by an elegant reception hosted by some of Providence’s best restaurants.
Leno, often referred to as “the hardest working man in show business,” is most famous for his Emmy award-winning late night show, “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” is also a standup comedian, mechanic, corporate speaker, philanthropist, car buff and children’s author.
Proceeds from the annual gala help PPAC complete major renovation and restoration projects that aim to improve the experience of its patrons. Past renovations made possible by the support of patrons and sponsors of the gala include an additional women’s restroom, a new sound system, and most recently, the upgraded Theatre marquee.
