How did that New Year’s resolution work out for you this year? Has it happened? Did you get there? Did you change your unhealthy habits for healthy ones? Did you quit smoking? Lose 50 lbs? Improve your situation any way, shape, or form?

Now what?

Are you in the best shape of your life this summer? Didn't think so. Now what ? I'll tell you now what. If you are like most people, you are going to look for another future date to get "started” on your delusional program. You will play it over and over in your head about how you are going to do it this time, but when the day comes, you will put it off again and again. You will start thinking about "next" year and how great you are going to be, but that day will probably never come.

What you need to do is - take action now!!

It drives me crazy when someone calls my gym inquiring about one of my programs on a Wednesday, then tells me they will start on Monday. I always ask why wait till Monday ? You could have completed three workouts by then and be three steps closer to your goal. After giving a few reasons why starting now would be more beneficial, they usually agree and come in the next day. I do this because I know that when people put things off, they usually never get it done. That's why it is important to take immediate action and be persistent when you have a task you need to accomplish. Weather it be a project around the house, trying for a promotion at work, taking a vacation, or getting fit, action takers get the results, and the draggers get no where.

So which one are you? If you are the latter and fitness is your goal, put your fears, and procrastinating mind at ease.  I have a solution for you, and if you take immediate action, and are willing to supply some discipline, you still have time to get more fit before summer ends. But you need to take action now. Today. I can immediately get you into one of my programs that guarantee fitness and fat loss. The reason why my program will work for you, as it has others, it that I provide structure and make you accountable for your actions.

What is it that keeps us from our goals ?

Is it time? It shouldn't be. Research has shown us that all you need in an exercise program is 30 minutes of intense exercise sessions, three to five days per week to get you great results.

Or is it fear of success that’s holding you back? Maybe you feel you are not capable, or worthy but that is false, and I know you know that, too.  We all have the ability and the right to health and fitness, and you’re no different.

Is it bad habits that we can't break? Whatever it is you can fix it, and if you can't fix it then the problem is in the mirror. It's you and your lack of drive, motivation and discipline. Most of us want perfect health and the most perfect looking body we can get, so why do some achieve it and some don't ? Because many of us wait too long and don't take immediate action. The ones that do get it done and the ones that wait,  don't . If that is the case with you then you need to find a trained professional that will help you not only with exercise, but with the mind games you play with yourself – a great coach to get you to success.

It starts with now.

Waiting for tomorrow isn't the answer. Now is ,and always will be the time to get started making positive changes in your life. In whatever area you need to change. Now is the time to get on the fast track to success. So what are you waiting for? Get up off your butt, take a deep breath, and call me – I’ll help you put together a plan to action.....today. Let’s do it.
