Rhode Island's food truck scene has really taken off in the last two years, and you'll benefit from the incredible variety of four-wheeled meals rolling through, from Mexican to Korean to French. Part of the beauty of these trucks is that they go from place to place, so we've tracked down their usual haunts (some are more predictable than others), plus how to follow them on Twitter, Facebook, and via the web (one truck even invites you to text them).

Rocket Fine Street Food

Generally based in: Providence

From baked mac ‘n cheese to roasted stuffed tomato to the slider bar, Rocket Fine prepares all its food from scratch using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. They even have vegan and gluten free options.

Like No Udder

The world’s first all vegan soft serve ice cream and treats truck. Flavors are vanilla and chocolate and can be topped with a variety of syrups, sauces or candy. You can also try a float, slushie, candy bar or jerky—all vegan. At special events the truck will even serve hot foods.
