The last thing you want to do with your last summer weekend is worry about what to do. So we've done it for you. Here are five no-miss events for Labor Day weekend. Happy (end of) summer!

Friday-Sunday  The Rhythm & Roots Festival is the love child of Woodstock and a night in the bayou. Come for the whole weekend, camp out, or drop in for a few sets of your favorite artists, including headliners Delbert McClinton, Steve Earle, and Richard Thompson. Whatever you do, don't miss the outrageous food that distinguishes this festival from nearly every other one all summer long. Ninigret Park, 4813 Old Post Rd, Route 1A. Fri 4pm-Sun  11pm/midnight. For full schedule and all details, go to www.rhythmandroots.com/.

Wrap up with the boys of summer in Pawtucket

Friday-Monday  It's the Paw Sox 2011 season wrap-up this weekend at McCoy, and it's a four-day home stint featuring the Wilkes Barre Yankees and the Rochester Red Wings. Plus, fireworks and an end-of-season salute. For more, call 724-7300 or go to www.pawsox.com.
