Kids can look forward to fun Egg Hunts and visits with the Easter Bunny this weekend.

Spring has finally sprung here and Rhode Island, and what better way to celebrate than with the best activities and festivals for Easter weekend? Happy hunting!

14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Fun Day, Portsmouth

Saturday  Friends of the Leonard Brown House will be hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Fun Day, complete with pony rides, a special hunt for toddlers, storytelling with Cindy Kallvey and Anne Marie Forer, and of course, the Easter Bunny! 12:15pm. April Showers Easter Extravaganza, West Warwick

Saturday  April Showers sells new and used children's brand name clothing (sizes 0-16), toys, books, accessories, and other fun spring and summer items. This consignment and gift boutique's special holiday event will feature a 50/50 raffle, a penny social, and a special guest. All About Bunnies, Providence

The Providence Children's Museum will play host to some furry friends this Friday.

Friday  The Providence Children's Museum will be teaming up with Foster's own Paine Farm to bring some fluffy friends out to play. Kids can hold and snuggle up with the bunnies, browse books about rabbits, decorate and don some rabbit ears, and join a fun bunny hop. 11am-2pm. Providence Children's Museum, 100 South Street. Admission to museum $9 per person, free for babies under 12 months.

7th Annual Casey Farm Easter Egg Hunt, Saunderstown

Saturday  Explore the historic Casey Farm at its annual Easter Egg Hunt, where everyone gets half a dozen fresh Casey farm eggs to take home. The farm's proximity to Newport makes this a great day trip option. 11am. Casey Farm, 2325 Boston Neck Road. Admission free for Historic New England members, $5 for non-members. Registration required–call 401-295-1030 to reserve a spot.

Visit with the Easter Bunny, Providence

Friday-Saturday  Enjoy a visit with the Easter Bunny in the Greenhouse of the Roger Williams Park Zoo. Treats and fun arts and crafts will also be available. 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.
