Dartmouth vs. URI Basketball 

The #23 URI Rams open up their basketball season on Friday night when they host Dartmouth at the Ryan Center. 

The Rams are ranked for the first time since the 2007-08 season. URI begins their season on November 11 at home against Dartmouth.

Bring Your Own Improv - Family Friendly Comedy Show 

Bring Your Own Improv is in its 9th season at the Warwick Museum of Art. The show is an interactive show that is fun for the entire family and encourages audience participation. 

The show goes from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for seniors, military & Children 12 and under.

Rhode Island Comic Con is back for its 5th year, and this year could be the biggest one yet.

Food Truck Sunday Funday at The Hot Club 

`Head over to the Hot Club parking lot every Sunday as it is turned into a Food Truck Festival  called "Food Truck Sunday Funday." 

Each Sunday, there will be different themes and celebrations. Experience great local food trucks and live music. Enjoy local beer and a full bar, live music, and boat rides from Providence River Boat Company.

For those worried about missing football, have no fear because the games will be on. 

Food Truck Sunday Funday begins at 12:30 p.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

College basketball returns this weekend and the Brown Bears play their home opener on Sunday, November 13 against Niagara at the Pizzitola Center on the Brown campus.

Greenhouse Open House at Blithewold Mansion

Visit Blithewold Mansion’s special greenhouse “open house” and see what is growing under the glass. Gardens Manager, Gail Read, will be on site to answer questions. 

A botanical exhibit of nature’s curiosities gathered from the grounds will be on display in the potting shed. Come, unplug, and tune in to nature! 

All ages welcome. Refreshments will be served.

The open house runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
