Live Bait Eighth Anniversary Show 

Live Bait: True Stories From Real People is Eight years old! 

That means that Live Bait’s Eight-Year Anniversary Show will be at 8:00 pm!

And that means everyone who has been complaining about the usual 10:00 time being too late can now make it to the show, tell a story, be home at a decent hour, and get a good night’s sleep. And if that is not incentive enough, there will be an Anniversary cake! With plates and forks! So come for the cake, stay for the stories.

It's Food Truck Fridayt at Roger Williams Park Zoo at Carousel Village from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Enjoy great food, live music and a beer garden tonight and every Friday until October 28. 

The event is free to attend, but there are nominal fees to ride the carousel, participate in pony rides, or to enjoy the bounce house.

Bring Your Own Improv Family Friendly Comedy Show 

Bring Your Own Improv is in it's 9th season at the Warwick Museum of Art. The show is an interactive show that is fun for the entire family and encourages audience participation. 

The show goes from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for seniors, military & Children 12 and under.

PawSox Game vs Columbus then Fireworks 

Following the Pawtucket Red Sox Game against the Columbus Clippers on Saturday night, McCoy Stadium will shoot off fireworks in celebration of Independence Day. 

First pitch is set for 6 p.m.

West Side Story at Theatre by the Sea 

West Side Story is playing at Theatre by the Sea with shows recurring daily. 

Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet is transported to modern-day New York City, as two young idealistic lovers find themselves caught between warring street gangs, the ‘American’ Jets and the ‘Puerto Rican’ Sharks. Their struggle to survive in a world filled with hate, violence and prejudice is one of this country’s most innovative, heart-wrenching and relevant musical dramas of our time.

Bristol 4th of July Parade

Bristol is home to the country's oldest 4th of July Parade. This year will be the 231st consecutive celebration which began in 1785.

This year, the parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at the corner of Chestnut Street and Hope Street and will end on High Street, between State Street and Bradford Street.

Ancients and Horribles Parade 

Come join as the Glocester locals come together and spoof local and national politics. This is the 90th annual parade and it is something completely different than a normal parade and will impress. 

The Parade is set to step off at 4 p.m.

City of Providence Independence Day Celebration at India Point Park 

The party starts at 4:30 p.m. at India Point Park and is FREE to attend. 

The schedule is as follows: 

4:30PM-6:30PM Family Programming 

6:30-7:00PM Bike Parade 

7:00PM Speaking Program and Performance by Santa Mamba

9:15PM Fireworks 

9:45PM Post Fireworks dance Party with Special Guests!
