Sons of Liberty's Whiskey Wonderland Holiday Bazaar

 Join  the Sons of Liberty for their fourth annual Whiskey Wonderland Holiday Bazaar.

The night features local vendors, live music, cocktails, beer and of course the barrel tree lighting. 

The bazaar goes from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Emerson at Brown Basketball

The Brown Bears had their four-game winning streak snapped earlier this week against in-state rival Providence. 

On Friday night, they will look to get back on track when they host Emerson at the Pizzitola Center.

The Holiday Beers from Around the World Festival is in its first weekend at Norey's in Newport. The festival brings in a variety of beers, some you have heard of, some you haven't, from all over the world. 

Friday's opening night goes from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.

UMass vs. Providence Basketball

The Providence College Friars are back at the Dunkin' Donuts Center on Saturday afternoon to host the UMass Minutemen of the Atlantic -10 Conference. 

PC has won three straight games, including wins over nationally ranked URI and Brown. 

Tip-off is set for 12 noon.
