Start at the Top Half-Price Raw Bar at Top of Newport
Begin the long weekend with Top of Newport’s Half-Price Raw Bar.
A variety of the freshest seafood including succulent shrimp and locally sourced oysters on the half shell and littleneck clams accompanied by an assortment of condiments.
The raw bar goes from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Touch-A-Truck to Benefit Child & Family
Those attending can expect to see 8 to 12 trucks, including Middletown Fire Department fire and rescue trucks, RI State Police Car, a Dump-Truck, Bulldozer, Excavator, Tractor and more.
All proceeds benefit CHILD & FAMILY and its SANDPIPERS Early Learning Center.
The event goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Jamestown Half Marathon
Take part in the annual Jamestown half marathon which begins at Fort Getty Pavilion.
The course features picturesque landscapes, winding roads, historic Watson Farm as well as the village of Jamestown with its shops and restaurants.
The races goe from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

- Teresa Fellion- Ballard Park - 21 Hazard Road, Newport, RI
Performances are free and open to the public.

Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival
The 12th annual Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival returns.
Signature events include the Grand Tasting with hundreds of wines and celebrity chef demonstrations; the Wine & Rosecliff Gala; Burgundy Grand Cru Dinner; the Vintner Dinner, a Sunday Jazz Brunch, food and wine seminars, and the Newport After Dark Party.The festival goes from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
