Cardines Field will show the classic baseball movie The Sandlot on a 40 foot wide screen inside of the historic ballpark. The event is FREE.
The movie begins at 8 p.m. and gates open at 7:30 p.m.

36th Annual Classic Yacht Regatta at Fort Adams
The Museum of Yachting will host its 36th annual Classic yacht Regatta at Fort Adams State Park.
The event includes two days of racing and will draw a fleet that has classic designs from small traditional ones to large and majestic ones.

Newport and Her Southern Sisters at Rosecliff
Go and check out never-before-seen ball gowns to portraits, silver and furniture. This exhibition will shed light on Newport as a vibrant cultural crossroad over 300 years. The exhibit tells the story in chronological chapters: the colonial period, the antebellum period, post-Civil War & Gilded Age, and early 20th century.

This exhibit features John G. Wanton and Newport at War and follows Wanton from the time he purchased the house through the end of Newport's British occupation in 1779.
