Scarborough says, “Two party system is dying”

Joe Scarborough, a conservative commentator, former U.S. rep, and host, spoke yesterday about the prospects for third-party candidates at Business Expo 2010,hosted by the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. Scarborough, who was a Republican from Florida, said that it was "inevitable" that a third-party candidate would eventually win election as President of the United States.
