The RIIL Hockey Playoffs are here at last! 16 teams will compete in 3 tournaments and crown a trifecta of state champions.

Coventry
Divison Record: 1-17 (Division 1 Eccleston)
Overall Record: 1-18
Seed/Tournament: #4 Seed in Division 1 Tournament
Coventry is matched up with Cranston Co-op in the Division 1 Tournament. The best of 3 series starts Friday night at 8 p.m. at Cranston Rink.
Middletown
Division Record: 10-7-1 (Division 2 Central)
Overall Record: 11-7-3
Seed/Tournament: #8 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
Middletown matches up with Cumberland in the Division 2 Quarterfinals. The best of 3 series kicks off Friday night at 9 p.m. at Adelard Arena.
Rogers/Tiv./Rocky Co-op
Division Record: 10-7-1 (Division 2 Central)
Overall Record: 10-7-3
Seed/Tournament: #7 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
Rogers/Tiverton/Rocky Co-op will face red-hot North Kingstown in the Division 2 Quarterfinals. Game 1 of their best of 3 series begins Friday night at 7 p.m. at Boss Arena.
Burrillville
Divison Record: 4-11-3 (Division 1 Eccleston)
Overall Record: 4-12-3
Seed/Tournament: #3 Seed in Division 1 Tournament
Burrillville takes on Barrington in the Division 1 Tournament, with Game 1 in the 3 game set taking place Friday night at Abbey Rink. The puck drops at 6 p.m.
Barrington
Divison Record: 6-10-2 (Division 1 Eccleston)
Overall Record: 8-11-2
Seed/Tournament: #2 Seed in Division 1 Tournament
Barrington takes on Burrillville Friday night at Abbey Rink in Game 1 of their 3 game series in the Division 1 Tournament. The two teams tied in their first 2 meetings this season, but the Eagles won the third and final meeting 3-0. Barrington also won 3 out of their final 4 games to close the regular season with some momentum.
Prout
Division Record: 12-6 (Division 2 Central)
Overall Record: 13-7-1
Seed/Tournament: #3 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
Prout won Division 2 North and received the #3 seed in the Division 2 Tournament. The Crusaders take on PCD/Wheeler/SRA Co-op in a best of 3 series that starts Friday night at 8:30 p.m. at Boss Arena.
PCD/Wheeler/SRA Co-op
Division Record: 11-7 (Division 2 North)
Overall Record: 11-7-1
Seed/Tournament: #6 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
PCD/Wheeler/SRA Co-op defeated Prout 4-2 in their regular season meeting, and now they'll square off again in the Division 2 Quarterfinals.
Cranston Co-op
Divison Record: 8-8-2 (Division 1 Eccleston)
Overall Record: 9-9-2
Seed/Tournament: #1 Seed in Division 1 Tournament
Cranston Co-op is matched up with Coventry in the Division 1 Tournament. Cranston beat Coventry 3 times in the regular season and won the 3 meetings by a combined score of 13-0. Game 1 in the 3 game series is Friday night at 8 p.m. at Cranston Rink.
North Smithfield
Division Record: 12-6 (Division 2 North)
Overall Record: 13-7
Seed/Tournament: #5 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
North Smithfield and Lincoln are stuck in the 4/5 matchup due to Division winners being guaranteed the Top 3 seeds. Game 1 of the best of 3 series takes place Friday night at 8 p.m.at Lynch Arena.
Smithfield
Divison Record: 10-8 (Division 1 Eccleston)
Overall Record: 12-8
Seed/Tournament: #4 Seed in State Championship Tournament
Smithfield takes on Hendricken in the State Championship Tournament, beginning with Game 1 Friday noght at Thayer Arena. The Sentinels are the only Rhode Island school to beat the Hawks this season.
North Kingstown
Division Record: 14-4 (Division 2 South)
Overall Record: 14-4-2
Seed/Tournament: #2 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
North Kingstown won their last 8 games to finish the regular season, and the Skippers will take on Rogers/Tiverton/Rocky Co-op in the Quarterfinals beginning Friday night at Boss Arena. The last team to beat NK? You guessed it, Rogers/Tiverton/Rocky on January 25th.
Lincoln
Division Record: 16-2 (Division 2 North)
Overall Record: 16-2
Seed/Tournament: #4 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
Lincoln and North Smithfield played twice this season, with Lincoln winning both games with relative ease. The pressure will be turned up Friday night, however, as the two Division 2 North stalwarts face off at Lynch Arena in Game 1 of their best of 3 Division 2 Quarterfinal series.
Cumberland
Division Record: 18-0 (Division 2 North)
Overall Record: 19-0
Seed/Tournament: #1 Seed in Division 2 Tournament
The last undefeated team in the state, Cumberland takes on Middletown in a best of 3 series beginning Friday night at Adelard Arena. The Clippers beat Middletown 6-1 on February 17th in their lone regular season meeting.
La Salle
Divison Record: 8-5-3 (Division 1 Cimini)
Overall Record: 10-8-4
Seed/Tournament: #3 Seed in State Championship Tournament
La Salle is matched up with Mount St. Charles in the semifinals of the State Championship Tournament, with Game 1 of the series taking place Friday night at Adelard Arena.
Mount St. Chalres
Divison Record: 13-3 (Division 1 Cimini)
Overall Record: 16-7
Seed/Tournament: #2 Seed in State Championship Tournament
Mount St. Charles takes on La Salle Friday night in Game 1 of their best of 3 series. The Mounties beat La Salle all 3 times they met in the regular season. The puck drops Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Adelard Arena.
Hendricken

Seed/Tournament: #1 Seed in State Championship Tournament
Hendricken knocked off Mount St. Charles in the regular season finale, cinching the #1 seed in the State Championship Tournament and further establishing themselves as the team to beat. The Hawks take on Smithfield in a 3 game series beginning Friday night at 7 p.m. at Thayer Arena.
