Warwick’s Darlene Radcliffe-Dumont Named 2014 RI Nurse of the Year

Warwick resident Darlene Radcliffe-Dumont, RN, a clinical manager at the BAYADA Home Health Care office in Providence, has been named the 2014 Nurse of the Year in Rhode Island.

In a release to GoLocalProv, BAYADA praised Radcliffe-Dumont for going above and beyond to serve and care for her clients.

Her visit held extra importance because Jason lives with only his elderly grandfather who is physically limited from providing his needed care. Radcliffe-Dumont stepped in for a snowed-in certified nursing assistant to provide Jason’s care, and connected her personal generator to ensure his safety during a potential power outage," the release noted.
“Darlene always works with a smile,” said Dana Cruz, Office Director of BAYADA's Providence branch. “And she passes that smile on to every client and coworker she encounters during the course of her day.”
