"This past winter, she braved a major snowstorm and various warnings– with a spare generator from her own home in tow– to visit a BAYADA client, Jason J., who has quadriplegia. Her visit held extra importance because Jason lives with only his elderly grandfather who is physically limited from providing his needed care. Radcliffe-Dumont stepped in for a snowed-in certified nursing assistant to provide Jason’s care, and connected her personal generator to ensure his safety during a potential power outage," the release noted.

“Darlene always works with a smile,” said Dana Cruz, Office Director of BAYADA's Providence branch. “And she passes that smile on to every client and coworker she encounters during the course of her day.”
