Imagine the panic you’d feel if you realized you lost your phone. 

The only phone number you have memorized is the childhood one you had growing up.  You use your phone for banking, for emailing, for organizing your social and work calendars.  You have notes in your phone with information you shouldn’t forget.  You have pictures and music (that have hopefully been saved in the cloud).

It’s ok to admit that tracking your gym habits and your foods has become an obsession.
