Providence Restaurant on Esquire’s 20 Best New Restaurants of 2010 List
Friday, October 15, 2010
Esquire magazine released it's 27th annual list of 20 Best New Restaurants in America and Providence's Cook & Brown Public House is on the list. The list will be in the next issue of the magazine, but was released online this week. Cook & Brown owners Jenny & Chef Nemo Bolin told me, "It's really a great honor to be recognized by John Mariani and Esquire magazine. We've been open for six months and feel like we're just beginning to realize our full potential. Our staff is amazing and works incredibly hard each and every day to make the restaurant work. That, in addition to the support we've gotten from the community and our guests, makes the entire process that much more fulfilling. We just try to come in every day, work hard and offer people a great dining experience and hopefully that shows in the ends."
