Both winemaker Eric Casimir from Domaine Gerard Metz and Chef Lloyd will be on hand to guide you through this culinary treat bringing together some of the best of what Downtown Providence has to offer. Ever wondered what Alsatian varietals pair with bacon and local chevre tart with fig conserve? Or how about seared duck breast with pine nut gnocchi, smoked cippolinis, crisp duck rillettes and a muscat grape extract?
