Johnson & Wales alum Paul Niedermann '07 was just crowned the latest winner of FOX's Hell's Kitchen featuring celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Niedermann's victory includes being named head chef of the world-renowned BLT Steak in New York City.

Host and participant on FOX's Hell's Kitchen and Food Network's Challenge, appeared on Kitchen Nightmares and Party Starters. Leibfried evaluates and consults with Gordon Ramsay on all of the restaurants on Kitchen Nightmares.

Leibfried is well renowned in the culinary industry and has been invited as a guest Chef at the James Beard House, Crystal Cruise Lines, Compass Group and at Nationwide Food and Wine Expos.
