Dave's Marketplace have teamed up to offer "Healthy Meals to Cook At Home." This series offers some of New England's best ideas for healthy cooking delicious meals, made from fresh, wholesome ingredients, in your own kitchen. This week's recipe; Autumn Butternut Squash, is simple to make, great as a Thanksgiving side dish, and is just as healthy as it is tasty.
Autumn Butternut Squash
Ingredients:

1 cup Butternut Squash, peeled

1 cup Apple Pie filling

1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar

2 teaspoons Butter
-
Ground Cinnamon, to taste

Salt, to taste

Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 375°.

Cut Squash into 2-inch chunks.

Combine all ingredients.

Roast in oven for 30-45 minutes.
