Artichoke and Lemon Spread
- • 1 can (15 oz) Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained
- • ½ Lemon
- • ¼ cup lemon zest
- • 1 tsp parsley
- • ½ tsp black pepper
- • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- • 2 tbs Olive oIl
- • 1 tbs Blended Oil
- • 2 tbs Chablis Wine
- • ½ tsp salt
- • Drain Artichokes well and squeeze excess liquid out
- • Place all other ingredients with artichokes into food processor and pulse until well blended.
- • Chill and serve
