Get Your “Stuffed Pumpkin” from Iron Works Tavern While You Can
Friday, November 07, 2014
As pumpkin season draws to a close, November is your last chance to get your hands on Iron Works Tavern's delicious "Stuffed Pumpkin" dish.
"This is something we’ve been doing for 4 years, people look forward to the dish every fall," says co-owner Lori Piscopio. "This would be the last few weeks to get the dish because of the season’s harvest, we are almost out of pumpkins!"
This year, the "Stuffed Pumpkin" is filled with a pumpkin sage risotto, dried cranberries, walnuts, spinach and decadent gruyere cheese. Yum!

Lori and Joe Piscopio, owners of the Iron Works Tavern, credit their staff with the creation of this dish, "One of our chefs who is no longer with us started making the dish, and it has always been in very high demand. We chose a different stuffing for this season and it really was all inspired by our back of house team."
The dish for a limited time only and is available on the Iron Works Tavern's lunch and dinner menus.
Iron Works Tavern is located at 697 Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick, for reservations call 401-739-5111 or visit their website.
