Fall Harvest Kicks Off at Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyard

New England's fall season does not get any better than the experience of touring Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyard. This fall is especially special with the launch of its first wine under Carolyn Rafaelian's leadership.
The new wine is The Blessed Blend, a blend of Chardonnay and Vidal Blanc. The Blessed Blend is available tastings and purchase today, and will arrive in wine shops across the region in the next three weeks.
On Thursday, the harvest celebration continues at Sakonnet with a 5:30 pm concert featuring the bluesy R&B sounds of Reasons.

Formerly known as Sakonnet Vineyards, the fields have been producing award-winning wines for over thirty years. In the spring of 2013, the vineyard was purchased by Carolyn Rafaelian, Founder and Creative Director of Alex and Ani, who is honored to continue the winemaking traditions at this agricultural treasure.
