B&G Foods Issues Allergy Alert, Recalls Taco Products

B&G Foods has announced that it is recalling certain Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix, Ortega Taco Sauce, Ortega Enchilada Sauce and other Ortega Taco Kit products.
Added to the list are some Las Palmas Taco Seasoning Mix and Las Palmas Taco sauce products.
This announcement comes after B&G Foods learned that at least one of the spice ingredients, that were purchased from a third party, contained peanuts and almonds. Those two ingredients were not declared on the products ingredient statements.

There is no health risk to these products for people without an allergy to peanuts or almonds.
