10 Prime Steak & Sushi’s Corn & Tomato Fest Offers Summer Classics

Who knew you could make so much with corn and tomatoes? Sample the possibilities this weekend at Ten Prime Steak & Sushi.
Ten Prime, located at 55 Pine Street in Providence, will serve the best produce of the season with its first ever Corn & Tomato Fest. Through Sunday, August 25th, Chef Lou Cruz will feature a variety of inspired lunch and dinner specials, all prepared with the finest local ingredients.
On the menu
The lunch menu features Roasted Corn Soup with Tomato Frappé ($6); Heirloom Tomato Salad with hearts of palm, white balsamic reduction, charred corn, and wild arugula ($9); Sliced Tenderloin Sandwich with pickled tomato, caramelized onions, baby spinach, and sweet corn aioli ($14); and a seasonal Grilled Cheese with beef steak tomato, avocado, applewood bacon, corn-jalapeno salsa, havarti, and goat cheese ($10); and Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with cornflake crunch, fresh berries, and sweet corn & black raspberry ice cream ($8).

As for your sweet tooth, for dessert will be a Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with cornflake crunch, fresh berries, and sweet corn, and black raspberry ice cream ($9).
