Message: From GoLocalProv by GoLocalProv Sports Team : It was a bad night for Providence College and it was almost a disaster. The PC men's basketball team barely avoided a brutal home loss and beat Rider 88-84. The win comes after the school announced that forward Emmitt Holt would be out for the season. PC got nine points and three rebounds out of the center position (Nate Watson & Kalif Young) for the game. Not exactly Holt-like numbers and not good enough when the Friars hit the Big East conference play. http://www.golocalprov.comhttp://beta.golocalprov.com/video-pc-beats-rider-88-84-holt-out-for-the-year
