Message: From GoLocalProv by Anthony Faccenda, GoLocalProv News Contributor: For the second week in a row, the state’s 2013 budget dominated the news coming from the State House. Aside from the new House-approved budget, the House and Senate passed separate legislation that decriminalizes marijuana. Additionally, the General Assembly passed a bill that aims to rejuvenate the local economy by speeding up the building permit process. Also worth mentioning is the Senate’s passage of a minimum wage increase. Last on the docket this week is a piece of legislation that looks to lift the veil from super-PAC campaign funding. http://www.golocalprov.comhttp://beta.golocalprov.com/state-house-report-budget-passes-campaign-finances-minimum-wage
