Howes, FACHE, Esq., president and CEO of Women & Infants Hospital, today announced her decision to step down from the position. In her place, Mark Marcantano, currently executive vice president and chief operating officer at Women & Infants, has been named acting president of the hospital by Care New England President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis D. Keefe.
