Message: From GoLocalProv by Tracey Minkin, GoLocalProv Features Editor: The top spot in GoLocalProv's Top High Schools 4th annual ranking finally changed hands in 2013, as Narragansett High School took the #1 spot from three-time champion East Greenwich High School. While both schools maintained exceptionally high and consistent scores (their district spending, student-teacher ratios, and graduation rates did not change), a dip in East Greenwich's SAT scores were just enough to allow Narragansett to take the top spot overall. http://www.golocalprov.comhttp://beta.golocalprov.com/who-moved-up-down-rhode-islands-top-high-schools-2013
