From GoLocalProv by GoLocalProv News Team:
One week after it was announced that Rhode Island will receive $3.2 million in federal funds to assist in recovery efforts following last October’s Superstorm Sandy, the Ocean State is slated to get another large influx of funds, this time courtesy of a $15 million package for infrastructure and road repair.
In a joint statement, U.S. Senators Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse and U.S. Representatives Jim Langevin and David Cicilline all heralded the news.
