Message: From GoLocalProv by Rob Duguay, GoLocalProv Music Critic: A bunch of the streets weren't plowed, houses still didn't have power and black ice was abundant in Providence, but that didn't keep people from checking out an awesome show at Dusk this past Sunday. Local booking & promotions company General Assembly put on a show featuring Isle of Rhodes from Brooklyn, Slutever from Philadelphia, local avant-garde noise punks The Universes and Boston's Fat Creeps, each band showcased their musical excellence on the stage to the fullest. Warm vibes and a good time was in store to round out a hectic weekend for all. http://www.golocalprov.comhttp://beta.golocalprov.com/music-indie-garage-punk-rock-bring-the-noise-to-dusk
