Rhode Island gas prices are quickly rising closer and closer to four dollars per gallon.
Two weeks after the average price at the pump saw its first drop of 2013, any positive momentum was quickly thrown out the window as the latest report by AAA Southern New England reports that the state’s average price per gallon rose 12 cents in the past seven days.
