Hourahan, who most recently served as Governor-elect Chafee’s Transition Director and as Senior Advisor to the Governor, will return to Family Service of Rhode Island as Chief Advancement Officer. Hourahan left Family Service in 2009 to join the successful Chafee for Governor campaign.
