Washington Trust Bank Provides $1.6 M Loan to Fox Point Marina

Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $1,625,000 commercial mortgage to for the refinancing of a mixed use property, which includes two restaurant units and a 56 boat slip marina, located on South Water Street in Providence.
With spring around the corner this is good news for outdoor after work enjoyment and dining.
"The location of this property is ideally situated near Brown University and a popular retail area,” said Joseph J. MarcAurele, Washington Trust Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, “The ongoing redevelopment of this area will increase property values over the next several years.”
