Washington Trust Bank Provides $1.4 M Loan to Tender Hearts Child Care

Washington Trust is at it again.  Washington Trust's Commercial & Industrial Lending Group has loaned over $1,450,000 million to Tender Hearts Child Care and Learning Center Inc. and Terrace Properties, LLC.

The financing package covers the purchase of two commercial condo units located at 935 Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick, Rhode Island, which house the operations of Tender Hearts Child Care.

“Tender Hearts Child Care Center has an excellent reputation and is perfectly located within a key business district in our State,” stated Joseph J. MarcAurele, Washington Trust Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. “As the demand for quality child care continues to grow, these factors will help Tender Hearts’ continued success.”
