Pawtucket Foundation to Hold 13th Annual Awards Celebration on April 5

The Pawtucket Foundation all hold it's 13th Annual Awards Celebration on Tuesday, April 5 at the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center. The celebration will honor individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to Pawtucket.

The Honorees

Michael Horan, Esq., will be honored as Person of the Year. Horan is a native of Pawtucket and a long-time board member of the Pawtucket Foundation.
Gary Furtado, will be honored with the Heritage Award recognizing outstanding long term commitment to the City of Pawtucket.
Pamela Hughes will be honored with the Special Distinction award recognizing outstanding contributions in an certain aspect of the community. Hughes has worked with the Armory Arts District in a leadership role for a number of years.
Celebration Details
This year's event will feature a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres; a raffle of prizes including a tour of Ireland, a silent auction with sports and music memorabilia as well as a sit down dinner.
The event has grown to become one of Pawtucket's premiere business events with over 400 business, non-profit and governmental leaders attending last year's awards.

The Pawtucket Foundation represents the business and not-for-profit sector as an advocate and catalyst for downtown, riverfront and transportation gateway enhancements within the City of Pawtucket.
